Salary Review Policy
Velocious Soft carries out a performance review for all employees annually. Bonus Policy Velocious Soft awards bonuses based on overall company and employee performance.
Retirement and Profit Sharing Plan(US Employees)
Employees are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after completing at least 1000 hours of service. Velocious Soft may also make matching and/or profit sharing contributions to the plan.
Paid Time Off
Full time employees are eligible for 10 paid holidays. Management approval is required for any time off.
Health Care Coverage (US Employees)
Each employee is entitled to the medical treatment and prescription medicines as per the policy laid down by the insurance company. The employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify any open questions with our health insurance administrator. Employee’s dependants can join the company’s Group Health Insurance by paying 100% of the premium. Please confirm the dependants premium with Group Health Insurance Administrator.
